1. What does SZ Sourcing Agent do?
We are a Shenzhen-based sourcing agency that helps overseas buyers find reliable suppliers, verify factories, control product quality, manage orders, and ship goods from China. You get one accountable partner on the ground in the Pearl River Delta instead of coordinating dozens of suppliers yourself.
2. What products can you source?
Our network covers consumer electronics, electronic components, hardware and tools, home and lifestyle products, packaging, and more. Because we are based in Shenzhen — minutes from Huaqiangbei and at the center of China’s manufacturing ecosystem — we can handle everything from a single component to a full production line.
3. Do you work with small orders and startups?
Yes. We support sample orders and low-minimum-quantity purchases (for example through electronics markets such as Huaqiangbei), as well as full container orders from factories. Tell us your stage and budget, and we will propose a practical way to start.
Suppliers and Quality
4. How do you verify suppliers?
Before we introduce a supplier, we check business registration and history, and where it matters we visit the factory in person. For larger orders we can carry out full factory audits covering facilities, production capacity, certifications, and working conditions.
5. How is product quality controlled?
Quality control is built into every stage: pre-production checks, during-production inspection, and pre-shipment inspection using AQL sampling where appropriate. You receive detailed reports with photos, so you know exactly what is being shipped before it leaves the factory.
6. Can you help with private label and custom products (OEM/ODM)?
Yes. We coordinate samples, molds, custom packaging, and branding for private-label products. If you have drawings or a reference product, we will help you find a factory that can produce it to your specification.
Payments, Shipping, and Getting Started
7. How do payments work?
We will explain our fee structure clearly before any project starts — no hidden charges. For product payments, we arrange secure payment terms with suppliers and never ask you to pay the full amount upfront without defined milestones. Funds are only released against agreed progress.
8. Can you handle shipping and export paperwork?
Yes. We organize consolidation, export documentation, sea and air freight, and door-to-door delivery options. Many clients receive one clean, consolidated shipment instead of dozens of small parcels from different suppliers.
9. How do we start working together?
Simply send us the details of the product you want — a link, photo, or drawing is enough to begin. We will come back with sourcing advice, a clear proposal, and a quote. The first consultation is free and carries no obligation.
10. Where are you based? Can we visit?
Our office is in Shenzhen, China, close to Huaqiangbei. International clients are welcome to visit, and we are happy to arrange factory tours. If travel is not possible, we keep you fully updated with photos, videos, and live video calls throughout the process.
